A market with six or more months of supply benefits buyers by giving them more negotiating power. Miami's median listing price dropped 4.7% to $510,000. Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville also show buyer-favored markets, with 6.9 and 6.3 months of supply respectively, and Orlando's median price fell 3.4% to $429,473.
